After reviewing the agreement, the client signs it, scans the color copy of the agreement, converts it into a PDF file, and sends it to their manager. Subsequently, the agreement is signed by the company's director and the developer. The finalized signed agreement is printed in three copies, one sent electronically to the client, one retained by the developer, and one kept in the company's accounting department.
